Aimbox ("we") is an email marketing service based in the United Kingdom. This page explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with UK GDPR.

What we collect

If you email us, we keep your name, email address, shop website and anything you choose to tell us. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare a requested audit and, if you become a client, deliver our services. Our lawful basis is your request (legitimate interest) or our contract with you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires (normally 6 years).

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the business, such as our email and hosting providers. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@aimbox.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
